About Mountain & River Residential Inspections, LLC Staff
Bradley has worked in education, hospitality, construction and engineering over the years. This blend of experience makes him uniquely qualified to perform home inspections, produce well-crafted reports and communicate effectively with folks in the industry. While performing inspections, he’ll take as much time as needed to do a thorough inspection, and not a minute more. Bradley completed his home inspection training with the Washington School of Home Inspections. Bradley is a Washington state licensed home inspector, #22008665, Certified Draw Inspector Professional and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. The InterNACHI® School is the only home inspector school accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET), a national accrediting agency of the U.S. Department of Education, as a post-secondary institution for home inspector certification.

Bradley actively engages in volunteer and community service within Kittitas County. He is a part of the East Cascades Recreation Partnership, the Kittitas Stewardship Fund, the Kittitas County Public Lands Advisory Committee and the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance. When not working or volunteering in the community, Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily and his dog, Ramona Quimby, as well as skiing, mountain biking and enjoying the great outdoors.
